We'll need some more information here:

-> Is there a downloadable demo of the game?
-> Full crash dump
-> Steps to reproduce the problem. Try to isolate the crash as good as
possible(ie, "Play the game for 5 hours and it will probably crash" sort of
bugs are unlikely to be looked at)
-> A +ddraw,+d3d7,+d3d8,+d3d9 log
-> Information about your graphics card and driver
