[Bug 19998] stamps.com installer hangs

For what it's worth, I got the installer to finish without any changes to the
Wine source, but I could not reproduce it.

The stamps.com installer spawns a second executable (also named stamps.com)
which gets stuck calling WaitForMultipleObjectsEx in an infinite loop. The
backtrace is attached.

Suggestions on where to go from here would be appreciated.
