Hello folks, (regression testing inside !)

This bug seems to correspond to what I am experiencing with the game
Grand Prix Legends, since Wine 0.9.43 to the last I just tried
0.9.48. That is, sound is noisy/scratchy in OSS mode, ALSA mode sounds
better but there are random ~1 second silences now and then, in either
modes selecting "Hardware acceleration" to "Emulation" doesn't help. I
don't have this problem with Wine 0.9.42 where the sound is good.

So knowing the problem seems to be between 0.9.42 and 0.9.43, I gave a
shot at regression testing following the wiki instructions, with the
assumption that the problem is in 'dlls/dsound' (I hope it's ok, it
was to avoid having a lot of iterations to do).

So I started the git bisect thing with these commands:
git bisect start dlls/dsound
git bisect good wine-0.9.42
git bisect bad wine-0.9.43
...

After 4 testing iterations it seems it finally found the specific
commit, it returned this (I scrambled a bit the author's email address
just in case...) :
