This also affects TI-Nspire CAS Student Software v.3.0:
trace:process:CreateProcessW app (null) cmdline L""dir /-c C:""
...
wine: cannot find L"C:\windows\system32\dir.exe"

Running dir.exe in wine cmd works, because it's trea as a built-in command, but
there is no actual dir.exe in wine.
