Let's take this one step at a time. The first problem is the installer crashing, so this bug will be for just that.
The installer needs winetricks -q ie7.
Without it you cant see EULA.
There is no crash after winetricks trick and you can finnish the installer with no issues.
wine 1.9.12-git.
