I'm also having this issue, with a lot games within Wine.

Tested games:
- Age of Empires IV
- Dinkum
- Abiotic Factor
- Predecessor

I reinstalled Arch & tried various kernels such as LTS, Zen & TKG all had the
same result.

I am currently testing to see if this is due to C-state settings in the BIOS as
mentioned by user [e-mail].
