Since wine-1.3.35, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl renders some ingame objects as very dark blobs; it's presumably some sort of texture or lighting issue. A screenshot is attached.
In case it matters, I'm using a Radeon 4870 with 11-11 fglrx drivers.
The bug only manifests itself in the game's static lighting mode; the dynamic lighting mode has other issues instead.
Since this is a regression, I performed the bisect dance to elicit the following cryptic message:
