Can you try initializing the prefix before running the program? E.g. run 'wine winecfg && wineserver -w', then run the program. If that still doesn't work please attach new logs.
Bizagi crashed again in the same point. I executed the command below:
WINEDEBUG=+rpc,+ole wine64 ./BizagiModeler.exe >> /home/alfeno/Documents/dump/bizagi_dump_execute.txt 2>&1
