Remaining bug is surely a intel driver bug.
Not knowing is not a reason to close a bug. AFAIK, there are still many different code paths in wined3d. So you can't rule out a bug in such a code path just because NVidia behaves better than XOrg/Mesa/Intel. I'll go and retest that as well as the influence of ORM.
