[Bug 10952] Wine prefers Marlett instead of a legible font

This one looks like the problem. For some reason Marlett has bit 1 set
in fsCsb[0] of the fontsignature. Sounds like a Fontforge bug, since
fonts/marlett.sfd has 'Encoding: Symbol'.
