Hello Vincent,

I consider providing managed DX replacement a low priority at best.
The current workaround installing DX redist package via winetricks is fine.
Though as I already said it could be tweaked to only unpack/register managed
assemblies to keep all unmanaged DX components as Wine builtin = better test
coverage.

Regarding other Mono issues .. don't know.
Andrey might try directx9, d3dx9_43 recipes in Mono based WINEPREFIX.

I'd keep this bug for 'purist' Wine even without any serious development in
that area happening.
