Wine can't load device drivers. Some day in the future we might be able to load
USB drivers but at the moment not. If we will support this we will only be able
to support programs that use USB like a sort of 'serial / parallel' like
perhaps yours.

Search for a native program to interface with your scope or if you are really
interested start hacking on this area of Wine. If interested send a mail to
[e-mail] (and subscribe to it).
