To make this a valid bug, Igor what exactly were you trying to lunch? How was it installed?
It's Watchtower Library, installed via installer that worked perfectly, created working launchers and (!) App Paths registry keys. All in place. But wine start, or winefile doubleclick does not work.
I'll try to find another piece of software that suffers the same pain. As I've told, I've already seen similar reports here in bugzilla (mostly ignored, since sometimes such error are really due to bad installer or wrong user actions).
