[Bug 15559] winealsa sound regression: scratchiness/stutter in multiple games

im sorry i dont exactly know how to use git, and i just tried to do a
regression test and honestly i dont know whether or not it worked. i suspect
the problem is in dlls/dsound/primary.c with fraglen ()

i tried to bisect this file only, but it still recompiled the entire wine src.
I dont have enough time to do a full regression test right now if it will
require 30 minute compiles, sorry. If no one else confirms it i will have some
time in about 3 days. I need a ps3 cluster :(
