[Bug 34616] wine application needs a command-H keyboard shortcut in the wine menu.

You can try adding the keyboard shortcut for All Applications.  Although that
would seem to be indiscriminate and maybe have side effects for other apps, it
won't be because you enter the full title of the menu item.  That title is
"Hide Wine", so few if any other apps will be affected.
