Under Wine Staging Version 5.9 the old custom Patch no longer applies, this is the renewed version.
I can't validate that loading into game actually works since https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=49025 seems to persist in 5.9.
With Bug 49025 being fixed, I can confirm that this patch works with wine staging 5.9.
However, it will need another update for wine staging 5.10.
