And exactly how to apply this patch?:)
I am using gentoo. I saved the file as wine-1.1.2-noiocp.patch and modifyied the ebuild call epatch on that file.
For any other distribution you will need the wine source and call patch -p0 < patchfile
You may need to consult the man pages for patch.
