If you did not has mod that use skse, then you will not see any different even
skse load failed in game.

you use that command and use "lsof -p `pgrep TESV.exe` | grep skse". you can
see skse_1_9_32.dll is loaded ?
In normal situation using "skse_load.exe -forcesteamloader" and "lsof -p `pgrep
TESV.exe` | grep skse" command should found skse_1_9_32.dll is loaded.
