Bugzilla is not a place to ask for help. It's a place to file Wine bugs. What
developers do with those reports - it's their business. Users usually might get
asked to provide more information. But won't receive any support.

As for additional information, what exactly were you installing? Is there a
freely downloadable version? And if so, does it have the same problem?

If you have something else that reports you other errors / problems - open new
bugs. One problem per bug!
