[Bug 16013] xmllitesetup (subinstaller of IE7) fails to install

'winetricks ie7' worked for me even when I disabled the workaround for this 
bug in winetricks, i.e. I commented out the lines
    mkdir -p
"$WINDIR"/system32/catroot/{f750e6c3-38ee-11d1-85e5-00c04fc295ee}
    try cp -f "$WINETRICKS_CACHE"/winetest.cat
"$WINDIR"/system32/catroot/{f750e6c3-38ee-11d1-85e5-00c04fc295ee}/oem0.cat

I did have to run it twice (removing .wine between runs), so it's not reliable.
