[Bug 28880] No sound in some Directx games

Thanks for attaching your log. I don't see any dsound entries in your log file,
which makes me think you're probably using native dsound. Have you tried
running these games with a clean WINEPREFIX (I had to run winetricks vcrun2010
to get GeneRally to work)?

For example, running from the terminal, the following works for me:

$ WINEPREFIX=~/tmp_prefix winetricks vcrun2010
$ WINEPREFIX=~/tmp_prefix wine /path/to/GeneRally.exe
