1. Wine already has a perfectly good implementation. 2. The native DLLs wouldn't work anyway.
Secondly, setting winver=win95, the redist aborts with an error, and its log indicates:
Non-Microsoft copyright info for C:\windows\system32\wsock32.dll
I don't see any point in trying to get past this, so marking invalid.
