[Bug 16411] Origin 8 - Some dialogs crash when activated

In wine-1.5.24-197-gc0a17a4, but Origin 9, trying to import a single or
multiple ASCII files doesn't crash, however the dialog never loads. There are
no fixme's or any terminal output.

I tried going back to 1.5.23, same effect. 1.5.14 (last version I have compiled
before that) crashes on start, because of missing SHLWAPI.dll.IsCharSpaceA
