[Bug 15762] .desktop files are created in ~, not in ~/Desktop

Yes, for all applications I have installed which create a .desktop file. This
is the case for:
- Openoffice.org3
- notepad++
- winmerge 2.10
- videolan
- nsis
- xnview
- ...
