I tried with the save from Jason in his latest message (attachment 60009) - I
can quit Great Inagua, navigate on the sea and do a fast travel to return to
this place without crash.

This is with OpenGL renderer, i have a crash with Vulkan renderer but it's an
other story.

I think this bug report can be closed.
