I sent https://source.winehq.org/patches/data/219435 which fixes the issue for
me with Borderlands GOTY Enhanced, haven't tried Rainbow 6 Siege.

This really is some ugly workaround and ideally we should not have to check for
messages in DInput Poll... but it's not possible without a big refactoring of
winex11.drv.
