Textures not loading, beginning of BioShock

When running Bioshock(the Steam version) a good load of textures won't load at
all making up to some...trippy result(refer to attachments).
DirectX 10 is disabled and this issue appears on all quality settings with
different size of textures and so on. The picture shown in attachments was in
the lowest settings as you can clearly see the textures being loaded without
lights and effects.

Wine version is wine-3.0-rc4-27-g9aeb3b98f8 (latest dev at the time I'm writing
those lines), no patchset applied
