Try putting it in ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/e/ and running e.exe from
within that directory. There's no need to set msvcp60.dll to native... it's not
even listed in winecfg.

Also, the copy you downloaded from the internet could be corrupt or the wrong
version.
