[Bug 34740] Command 'build-dep wine ' in Saucy use old library and blocks building from source code.

But the solution of this "problem" is simplier, than i think.
Just remove Ubuntu Wine PPA from system. then
sudo apt-get update && build-dep wine
works fine for me. Don't know. who build packages for wine 1.7.3 for the PPA,
however/
