[Bug 29853] QQ2011 does not display Chinese correctly with builtin usp10 if font link setting is incomplete

If I remove both 
/usr/local/share/wine/fonts/tahoma.ttf
and
/usr/local/share/wine/fonts/tahomabd.ttf

Then QQ.exe display Chinese without error once tahoma font link registry is
set.

Look similar with Bug 29851
