I've just installed Wine 7.20 from sources and I've noticed that it doesn't
install to $PREFIX/lib/wine/i386-windows a number of files which were available
part of 7.19:

activeds.tlb
apisetschema.dll
icmp.dll
light.msstyles
lz32.dll
mferror.dll
mshtml.tlb
msimsg.dll
normaliz.dll
security.dll
sfc.dll
shdoclc.dll
stdole2.tlb
stdole32.tlb
tzres.dll
usp10.dll
wmi.dll

Is this intentional? Is this OK?
