Hello folks,

resolving as 'INVALID' here. The console output clearly indicates broken
WINEPREFIX/improper .NET Framework installation.

If you think the conclusion is wrong, install FM 16 with recent Wine 5.x
release in _clean_ (new!) WINEPREFIX. Make sure you've installed .NET Framework
4.6 via recent 'winetricks' prior as well.
