[Bug 19273] Internet Explorer 8 is non-functional

Woops...  wine-1.1.25

The CLI output is so long that I had to redirect it to a file.  When I opened
it in gedit, it displayed a bunch of oriental characters; redirecting via batch
didn't help.  In short, it's attached but I have no idea what encoding it's in.
