This bug is invalid because the bug was filed against an invalid NatSpeak installation file. As of version 13.0, purchasing NatSpeak allows the purchaser to download only a "portal" file, which must be run on a Windows machine, and which has as its sole purpose the download of the "real" installation file. Such "portal" file must be run from a Windows machine. No big loss. The "real" installation file appears to install flawlessly on linux to a 32-bit wine prefix, although I have not been able to get the program to run.
Well, the 'portal' file should download the real installer under wine as well.
However, as you said, that's not what this issue is about, that should be a new bug.
