This bug is not present in wine 1.1.40 but comes in sometime after(it's hard to tell because the game crashes with other versions). If you move the mouse up or down in the actual game itself(not menus) or the scenario editor, there are duplicated cursors displayed when moving the mouse up and down(not left/right, oddly). The pointer is upside down for the mirrored one and moves the exact opposite direction as the regular cursor. You wind up with two being drawn. The console scrolls "fixme:d3d:context_apply_blit_state Applying blit state for an offscreen target with ORM_FBO. This should be avoided." very rapidly.
