[Bug 15338] setup_exception_record stack overflow when running wineboot

This appears to be fixed (either via a fix in Wine, or a fix in the
openGL/Xorg/ati driver stack). I cannot reproduce it anymore. I'm not sure if I
should mark it as FIXED or INVALID, since it's not clear where the fix came
from, or even if the rescursive loop in Wine's error handler is fixed.
