retested with wine 9.15 (precompiled for Debian12)

I've retested running try1432.exe (from winsupp 12/21) on precompiled wine
9.15. The error is the same and it shows the attached log. It is essentially
the same as in the past. The next log file will show result wiht the most
recent patches of setupapi.
