Hi,

I've downloaded the beta version of Wine - 1.1.32 and it crashes the same way
/I have Ubuntu 9.04/.

Only when I configured wine Graphics - disabled "Allow the window manager to
control the windows" and "Allow Pixel Shader", which by default are enabled,
Heroes of Might and Magic V started OK and I was able to play it :)
