[Bug 13868] Starlancer crashes with force feedback enabled

Yes The same bug occurs in the demo I have just tested it on my machine. There
was some commandline output as starlancer was loading up I just noticed:
fixme:dinput:LinuxInputEffectImpl_Download Could not upload effect. Assuming a
disconnected device.
the game loads fine and gets into the 3d space mode and immediately crashes
when the ship would launch and play a forcefeedback effect.
