[Bug 20436] Toolbars in Photoshop CS3 do not render correctly with wine's gdiplus

The result is still not perfect (note the black rectangles below the left most
panel and to the left of the rightmost panel).  Also, the panels are rendered
very slowly making the MS gdiplus not that useful.
