the patched gdi32 library for wine 6.16

Here's the patched gdi32.so for Wine 6.16.  It was in
/usr/lib32/wine/i386-unix/ on my system.  The patch does fix the black screen
glitch, but moving settlers around occasionally crashes the game now, so it's
not perfect.  Hopefully the OSMesa bugs will be fixed soon.
