WINEDEBUG=+midi from running full version of PCB with midi settings

I can confirm this behavior in both this demo as well as the full versions of
Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, Perfect Cherry Blossom and Imperishable Night.

For the full versions it is a trivial matter as it works perfectly to use wav.

Attached a +midi log of running full version Perfect Cherry Blossom with game
audio set to midi.

Wine version used 1.1.13
