Screen print of wine error message about  C++ error

Tried to install Kindle windows app and recieved  'wine c++ error'
it said hit cancel button to enter debugger. I hit cancel button and wine
simply ended and did NOT enter the debuger?
using latest wine for linux mint 20.2 repository
lptop has i7 intel processor and 32gb ram
