I can confirm that this happens in Wine 9.20. I get the same console output as
already provided log, so not going to upload that again, lol. Installing ie8
with winetricks does nothing.

1. Could using User32.dll from actual Windows installation solve this?
2. How can I get more debug info that could help fix this issue (I can repro it
100%, however I am not good enough with coding to actually develop a fix)?
