Can confirm the problem. Not only zoom is affected - dragging (left mouse
button) in research window does not work either.

I tried building wine 1.5.9 on archlinux x86_64 with:
- raw3.patch
- rawinput3.patch
- patch from http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=20395#c114

None of those fix this issue.
