Well that was my sunday... instead of getting some rest for work week :)

Actually the .NET 3.0 Framework installer should be now at it's end but due to
another msi bug it incorrectly tries to install all .NET 3.0 language packs
(which require the corresponding .NET 2.0 language packs as prerequisite).
I will look into details later...
Anyway there are still many quirks left ... I only covered immediate show
stoppers.
