There's been reports of Error #132 on windows system in the last 13 hours: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/9728382848
It looks like they are running 32bit windows: Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.130828-1532)
However, this could just be the "normal" Error #132 and they just need to delete their cache folders.
