[Bug 19047] Assertion failure at listview.c:2741

Fails as described in initial post.

By the way I have some progress on reproducing this assertion failure and
failure described in bug 19048.

1. Run program.
2. Click right mouse button on any checkbox in ListView.
3. Go "Advanced info" in popup.
4. You'll see some Crash reports made by RegCleaner (usually 2 or 3; if you'll
get more then 3 terminate program and try one more time).
5. Click "Ignore this error" on every Crash window. If there were 2 such
windows do something with program window - move, resize, hide, and you'll be
flooded by these windows very soon. You'll get one one several reports on
assertion failure. Line of code on which failure happened can vary from case to
case.
