When I try to execute:

wine C:\windows\system32\winebrowser.exe 'mailto:Tefnet
Developers?subject=TEST&body=ąóś'

my default mail client (opened by xdg-email) creates mail but without mail
body...

There is the same problem with e-mail generated by MAPISendMail (from
mapi32.dll)
