Retested with Catalyst 10.5 just released and bug is still present with Wine 1.1.44. Here's a video showing the menu experience and also the in-game experience showing that it runs much smoother than in the menu. It's easiest seen on the cursor which is quite hard to control due to the lagging.

Can someone with ATI/AMD graphics card confirm the bug?
